1. Introduction
Welcome to Stella Style ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at stellastyle.co.za and any related services, including browsing, creating an account, placing orders and contacting us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Use of our website
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
3. Account registration
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Product information and pricing
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, sizes, colours and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings or manufacturing. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices, availability, promotions and product information at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared and we have sent you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to verify payment. Accepted payment methods include card, EFT and Instant EFT where available, processed through our trusted payment partners.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses across South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on your location, courier capacity and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues or events outside our control.
7. Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within the timeframes and conditions set out in our Delivery & Returns policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging and with tags attached. Sale items may be final sale unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs may be the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, designs and software, is owned by or licensed to Stella Style and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stella Style is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products, except where required by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
