Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. Delivery rates are indicative until the courier account is finalised.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
- Free size exchanges on your first exchange per order.
- Return courier costs are for the customer's account unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Sale items and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
How to return
- Email support@stellastyle.co.za or WhatsApp us with your order number.
- We send you a return waybill and collection slot.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.
- Once inspected, we process your exchange or refund.
